The Tweed Collection is a porcelain tile suitable for wall. This collection features six different surfaces for each color, made without engobe to highlight the unique textures of the tiles. This technique allows colors to reveal a variety of effects, such as holes, lines, and points on the surface. The natural grains of the biscuit subtly emerge through the glaze, adding depth and character to each piece. The glaze used in Tweed Collection is reactive. Reactive colors have some metal in their composition that creates the crackle effect and makes them brighter and more powerful. This authentic crackle effect is a desired feature that shows the essence of traditional ceramics.
